Keep work area clean

● Do not spray dust or particles from the machine with compressed air and/or water mist. Prevent dust from building and cleaning operations. Adjustments are made every 6 months.

● Keep the balance shaft, nuts, the cleanness of the cone and flange. Such as cleaning of these components, to use a neutral solution leaching, bubble brush clean, careful use of two-dimensional and flange, to avoid accidental falls and then damage. Balancing machine lubrication

● The only rotating parts of the balancing machine are the motor and the balancing shaft. Therefore, all parts of the bearing should be checked and lubricated regularly by the operator. If the machine stability is used frequently (more than two hours per day), check the bearings once a year

● If it is not used frequently, check it every two years. Don't turn on the shaft test, so insert a screwdriver and check the sound. "Because the role of the bearing is to clamp and support, the grease should not be replaced or removed;

● In addition, since the speed of the machine is not high, there is no need to replace the grease. If you find the bearing is abnormal or noisy, replace the bearing. If the customer confirms that the bearing needs to be replaced, the grease needs to be replaced: Open the dust seal on the bearing and add XHP103 grease. These operations should be conducted under the guidance of professionals. After adjusting the grease machine. If the replaced lubrication is not correct, it will affect the accuracy of the machine. In this case, replace the seal ring, install, and repeat.
